1. Agreement and product

These Terms govern the SyncMend website, downloads, purchases, and related services. SyncMend is a Windows utility for steady, approximately linear audio and video sync drift. It is not designed for sudden sync jumps, damaged files, unsupported codecs, or multiple audio tracks.

2. Local processing and backups

Media processing occurs locally. Users are responsible for permission to process their media, source backups, available disk space, and review of the exported file. SyncMend does not overwrite the source by default.

3. Prices and purchases

The planned offers are free calibration and previews, one full export for $0.50 USD, and a $9.99 USD Personal license for the current major version. PayPal is the planned payment method. Checkout is not active. Production checkout must identify the seller, total price, taxes, product, refund terms, and the action that creates an obligation to pay.

4. License, refunds, and third parties

Software use is licensed under the End User License Agreement. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and mandatory local rights. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Availability and disclaimers

Online services may be maintained, updated, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. SyncMend cannot promise that every input is repairable or every subjective lip-sync judgment is exact. Mandatory consumer warranties and remedies are not excluded.

6. Liability and disputes
